Our online marketing services for franchise brands are built in three layers: being found, being chosen and being measured. Each service belongs to one layer and has one headline figure that we report every month. You choose individual services or a package with a fixed price per location, from €199 per month excl. VAT. They serve two goals: making your franchise brand and locations visible online, and recruiting new franchisees.

How are our online marketing services for franchise chains structured?

A customer goes through three moments. First she searches, on Google, on a map or in an AI assistant. Then she compares, based on reviews, photos and the location page. After that she visits, calls or books. For head office a fourth question comes on top: which channel caused that? That is why we divide the services into three layers. You quickly see where a gap is and which service closes it.

Layer 1 brings visitors, layer 2 turns them into customers, layer 3 shows per location what works.

Which services make sure franchise locations are found?

This layer is all about presence. If the location is missing, or listed with the wrong address, the customer never gets any further.

Search engines: Google and Bing

With Google SEO for franchise brands we work on the brand website and on pages per town. We improve technology, structure and content, so that both the brand name and service plus town rank well.

Microsoft has its own map and its own local results. Through Bing Places for franchise chains we register every location, verify it and keep the details up to date. Many chains ignore this channel.

Map services: Google Maps and Apple Maps

The Google Business Profile is the most important shop window for most locations. With Google Maps management for franchise chains we manage all profiles: categories, photos, opening hours, posts and NAP details.

iPhone users often see the place card in Apple Maps first. With Apple Maps for multi-location brands we use Apple Business Connect to fill in photos, logo, opening hours, Showcases and action buttons.

AI assistants and mobile phones

Customers increasingly ask for advice in ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews. For visibility in AI assistants we build up the franchise brand as a clear entity, with schema, sameAs and reliable sources.

Most local searches start on a phone, often with "near me" or by voice. With mobile findability for chains we focus on speed, click to call and directions in one tap.

Paid reach

Sometimes you want to be visible faster than organic search allows, for example at an opening. With online advertising for franchise chains we set up campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads, nationally or per postcode area. You pay your media budget directly to the platform.

Which services make customers choose your location?

Being found is only half the job. A customer often sees three or four providers side by side and chooses the location that inspires the most trust.

Reviews and location pages

Stars and recent responses weigh heavily in that choice. With review management for chains we actively ask for reviews and respond on Google, Apple and other platforms.

Every location deserves its own page with address, team, offering and local questions. With location pages and a store locator we build those pages with LocalBusiness schema, linked to the profile.

Social media per platform

According to Newcom's National Social Media Survey 2026, 14.6 million Dutch people use social media, on 4.5 platforms on average. We treat each platform separately:

Candidates for new locations

A franchise brand only grows with the right entrepreneurs. With franchisee recruitment marketing we attract candidates and filter them on own capital and region. The statutory duty to provide information remains with the franchisor.

How do we make every service measurable per location?

The third layer connects the rest. Without measurement you do not know whether a post, campaign or review delivers anything. With monthly figures per location you see what happens per channel, from views to call clicks and enquiries. We use AI to collect data and flag anomalies. A person looks at the cause and adjusts course.

Which marketing services do you organise centrally and which per location?

For chains the question is not only what you do, but also who does it. We work with one rule: head office sets the brand and the framework, we take over the execution per location, and the franchisee supplies local input such as photos and promotions.

How do you choose the right services for your franchise brand?

Do not start with everything at once. We recommend a free baseline measurement, so you see per location which layer is weakest. Request a free scan of your locations for that. Based on the outcome we put together a package and run a pilot with a group of locations. Prices are fixed in advance; read what online marketing for chains costs per package and per location.

What does a location outside the Google Maps top 3 cost you?

This calculation uses Dutch figures instead of American click-through rates. The average revenue per franchise location comes from the Dutch Franchise Association (NFV) statistics, reference year 2025. Nobody can say in advance exactly how much revenue a location loses without a top position in Google Maps, with a Google Business Profile that is not in order, or without proper review management. So you calculate a scenario per cause: a few percent of revenue going to a more visible competitor. Add them up and you see the combined cost.

  • 6 of the 100 largest Dutch franchise chains reply to a Google review within 24 hours; the average response time is 6.8 days and 90% has no demonstrable review management process.
  • Only 40% of the 500 Google Business Profiles examined is fully completed.
  • In the measurement one review was viewed around 15,000 times on average: an unanswered complaint stays visible to thousands of people.
  • 42% of consumers would rather not do business with a company that never replies to reviews (BrightLocal 2026).

Questions about our services for franchise chains

Can we take a single service instead of a package?
Yes. You can start with one service, for example managing all Google Business Profiles, and expand later. Individual services such as SEO, social media, recruitment and ad management get a fixed monthly price on quotation. The Basic, Growth and Full service packages have a published price per location, so you know where you stand in advance.
Which layer should we tackle first?
Almost always the first layer: being found. If the address in Apple Maps is wrong or a Google profile is half empty, a nice Instagram post will not help much. The baseline measurement shows per location where the gap is. After that we look at reviews and location pages, and only then at social media and advertising.
Why do you pay attention to Bing and Apple Maps?
Because some of your customers do not search through Google. iPhone users see a place card in Apple Maps. People searching through Windows or Microsoft end up on Bing. Many chains only maintain Google, so precisely those other maps show outdated or incomplete details. That costs you customers without you noticing.
How do you keep sixteen services manageable for us?
Every service has one headline figure and ends up in the same dashboard. So you do not have to read sixteen reports. Per location and per channel you see what changed compared with the previous month. You also get one fixed point of contact with us, who keeps the lines between the specialists clear.
Is the advertising budget included in the price of the service?
No. You pay the budget for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads directly to the platform, on your own account. We only charge a fixed monthly price for managing the campaigns. That way you see exactly how much goes to media and how much to our work, without hidden margins or mark-ups.
Who creates the social media content per location?
We create the planning and draft copy, using AI for the first version. A person checks everything before it goes live. The location supplies local imagery, such as photos of the team or a promotion. Head office approves the brand rules. That keeps the tone recognisable while still feeling local.
What is not included in your services?
We only do online, measurable work. Print, radio, exhibition stands and the design of a new corporate identity are outside our scope. We also do not give legal advice on the franchise agreement. For the recruitment service this means: we bring in candidates, but the statutory duty to provide information and the selection remain with the franchisor.
Do your services also work for a franchise brand with few locations?
Yes. According to the Dutch Franchise Association (NFV), about 80% of franchise brands have 50 locations or fewer. That is exactly where the marketing team is often small. Because our price is per location, you pay according to size. For a small franchise brand we often start with Basic for all locations and a pilot with Growth in a few locations.
How quickly do you see the effect of the different services?
That differs per layer. Corrections to profiles and maps often show up within a few weeks in views and direction requests. SEO and GEO build up more slowly and take months. Advertising gives immediate reach, but also stops immediately when the budget stops. That is why we combine fast and lasting services in the pilot.
Can franchisees order additional services themselves?
Yes, if head office allows it. Some franchise brands let locations choose between Basic, Growth and Full service themselves; others set one package for everyone. We follow the franchise brand's agreements. The reporting then always reaches head office as well, so the overall picture is correct.
